We are looking for a friendly, fun and responsible tenant for a 2 bedroom apartment in Wittlich- Lüxem.
The amazing and loving landlords live with their 15 year old daughter on the 1st floor and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. We have never had any problems or complaints about noise in the last 10 years.
All rooms have german Rolläden (shutters).
Everyone in the house speaks English.
Bungert grocery store is almost walking distance and we have a nice cute bakery in town.

33 minutes at Büchel
7 minutes at Wittlich city
3-5 minutes at various grocery stores and gas stations
Every room is being freshly painted and everything is being deep cleaned.
Available in approx. 1 week, but we can do house tours already.
Professionally, we have been working with USAF for over 14 years, which has led to many great friendships in our private lives.
We speak fluent English and we will be there for you all the time with help and advice and especially at the beginning we will explain how life works in Germany.
