BMW 114i F20 – Private Sale | Selling with a Heavy Heart
I am selling my 2013 BMW 114i F20 with a heavy heart, as I have changed jobs and have since switched to a diesel vehicle.
The BMW was driven approximately 90% on long-distance trips, which has had a positive effect on its smoothness, fuel economy, and handling. Most recently, it was used only as a second car.
Despite having a gasoline engine, fuel economy is very good:
In everyday driving—with appropriate driving habits—fuel consumption of under 6 liters is possible. The vehicle is particularly fuel-efficient on long-distance drives.
Important for enthusiasts:
The timing chain was replaced as a preventive measure. Additionally, oil change intervals were intentionally shortened and performed approximately every 15,000 km (BMW specification is up to 30,000 km). The vehicle was therefore maintained to a significantly higher technical standard than required.
Since I’ve owned it (2018), the vehicle has been fueled exclusively with at least Super Plus (98 octane)
– no E10, no Super 95

Front power windows do not always move all the way up or down (they stop halfway and then continue)
